What brands do we service/repair?
We repair only the brands of outdoor power equipment that we sell, this is because we aim to provide the best service for our own customers which includes being able to offer timely workshop assistance.
How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the type and condition of equipment. When equipment is booked in for a repair we do assess all jobs and consult customers prior to going ahead with repairs. There is a standard quote fee of $60 for small equipment and $120 for ride on mowers, which is charged if the customer does not proceed with the repair job.
How do I book my equipment in?
You can bring your equipment to us as at 25 Brisbane Rd Gympie. We have a large carpark with 2 way street access via Brisbane Rd or Victoria Rd, and a loading ramp for larger mowers. When the equipment is booked in we take your details including a contact mobile number so that we are able to send you an SMS as soon as your equipment is ready for collection.
What if I can’t bring my equipment in myself?
If you need to utilise our pickup/delivery service please call us with the details. The minimum fee for this service is $120 within 10kms of our store, with areas such as Glenwood costing $200. We do prefer that someone is home when the equipment is picked up/dropped off and also request that any dogs are restrained while our staff are on your property.
How long will the service/repair take?
Staff will let you know the approximate wait time when the equipment is booked in. This can vary depending on the type of repairs required and our workload (possible same day service in winter or up to 20 working days in peak summer time). Parts that are not kept in stock can also be on backorder with a supplier which will hold up work at our end. Please note we do not provide any servicing/repair work on a Saturday.
How will I know it is ready for collection?
When the equipment is booked in we take your details including a contact mobile number so that we are able to send you an SMS as soon as your equipment is ready for collection. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information.
