At Outdoor Power Centre we have a wide range of spare parts and accessories in stock. Call or email us with the details and we can provide you with a price and availability.
What happens if the part I need is not is stock?
If it is a normal stock item we will provide you with an approximate delivery time and contact you when it becomes available. Any spare parts we don’t usually stock we will attempt to source for you and provide you with a quote and approximate delivery time. If you need us to order a non-stock part in for you we will require a deposit or full payment upfront.
What information will I need when enquiring about parts?
- Step 1 Get the model and brand of your equipment (if engine parts we need model, type and code)
- Step 2 If you know the part number get that, otherwise try to work out what the description is. Outdoor Power Centre will not be held liable if the information you provide us with is incorrect, most suppliers will charge us a restocking fee if a product needs to be returned
- Step 3 Either phone, email or come into our shop with your details – if you have the old part please bring it in with you!
- Step 4 We will then source the part and provide you a quote and availability. This is normally done on the same day, however we ask for your patience during our ‘silly season’ which is normally through spring/summer when we have more a larger number of enquiries
- Step 5 If the part is in stock, you can either collect in store or we can post via Australia Post. If the part needs to be ordered and is not a normal stock item we require payment upfront
Please note: Non- stock items ordered can take between 5 & 10 days to fill as these parts will shipped from an out of town supplier to us, and then we have to post it to you. We do our best to ensure this process is seamless, however the transport of these goods are out of our control. Outdoor Power Centre will not be held liable for replacement costs if the information given to us is incorrect.
How do we deliver the parts?
We usually send parts via Australia post. These packages are uninsured unless you request cover. If you want a different transport company please let us know
